His mother, Channah, was released in a temporary ceasefire deal in November 2023. Nadav's brother, Roi Popplewell (53), was also murdered on the same day.

Yagev Buchshtav (35): Yagev, who was taken from Kibbutz Nirim along with his wife Rimon Kirsht-Buchshtab, was also killed in Gaza. Rimon was later released as part of the November 2023 hostage deal.

Yoram Metzger (80): Yoram was abducted from Kibbutz Nir Oz along with his wife, Tami Metzger (79). Yoram was killed, while Tami was released in November 2023 under the same ceasefire agreement.
